Accuracy: Granite surface are hand lapped and finally by experienced technicians. Final inspection is carried out by high precision Electronic level with computerized software method to meet the requirement of IS 7327:2003 and also provide NABL Accreditation Certificate.

Product Details:

• Parallelism of centres within 0.01 over 300 mm in both the directions.
• Parallelism of T-slot for dial gauge sliding within 0.01 over 300 mm of the centre.
• Centres adjustable in any position on the bed.
• One of the centres spring-loaded to ensure uniform pressure while holding work pieces and easy loading and unloading, without disturbing the accuracy of centres.
• Rigid base made of close grained heavy duty casting conforming to BHN 180 - 210.
• Stress - relieved bed finished to high degree of accuracy, by hand scraping.
• Centres made out of suitable tool steel, Sliding and fixed bushes, holding centres, made of chrome Manganese case-hardening steel and ground finished to high accuracy.
• Additional 'V' aligned and matched on top of each centre.
• P.C.D. checking device at extra cost.
